Award Winners! Best Customer Focus
We received some great news this week: we’ve been awarded the Best Customer Focus award by BestBusinessAwards! The award was made after we “developed innovative new ways to ease the stress of moving house”.

“Arc Property Solicitors have put customers first as they have developed innovative new ways designed to ease the stress of moving house or home. Their Client Services Team is a first for the profession and demonstrates their deep commitment to customer service, while the online tracking system is an enterprising use of technology to improve efficiency and keep clients fully informed. Ranked among the top 200 law firms in the country, Arc Property Solicitors are rising stars with an innovative new approach to customer relations”.
Chairman of the Judges, Andrew Areoff
On receiving the award, Managing Director Richard Chan said, “I’m delighted that our company has been awarded the Best Customer Focus award. Client care is at the heart of everything that we do and our Client Services Team fully-deserve to be recognised for their outstanding levels of customer service. We will continue looking for innovative new ways to improve our service levels across the board”.
Client Services Manager, Katie Allport comments, “Our Client Services team works hard to give clients quick, jargon-free case updates. We aim to make the conveyancing process as simple as possible for our clients, and having a client services team available at all times is a great selling point for the company. This award is a tremendous achievement for the business and we’re delighted to receive it!”
UPDATE: We have been shortlisted for a Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business Award in 2011.

I’ve gone ahead and bookmarked http://www.arcpropertysolicitors.com/blog/award-winners/ at Digg.com so my friends can see it too. I simply used Award Winners! Best Customer Focus | The Arc Blog as the entry title in my Digg.com bookmark, as I figured if it is good enough for you to title your blog post that, then you probably would like to see it bookmarked the same way
