Arc Property Solicitors - Meet the Client Services Team
Our award winning Client Services Team is here to support both our clients and our conveyancers during the conveyancing process. The team is responsible for dealing with all inbound case enquiries and is available for case updates in office hours. The Client Services Team is headed up by Katie Allport, who you can read more about below.
Katie Allport - Client Services Manager
Katie has amassed invaluable experience in customer service roles throughout her career. Following positions at Sky and Natwest, Katie first became involved with property following a move to Spain in 2000, where she was employed as an Office Manager and Mortgage Coordinator.
Upon returning to the UK in 2006, Katie took up a client-facing role with Jespers prior to moving to Arc in 2009. In September 2010 Katie was promoted to the position of Client Services Manager, where she is responsible for the smooth running of the Client Services Team.
