Arc Property Solicitors - Meet the Directors
The Arc Property Solicitors Directors oversee the efficient running of the company. We have four directors each with strong career backgrounds, be it in law or other disciplines.

Richard Chan - Managing Director
Richard founded Arc Property Solicitors in 2004 having completed over 12 years in the legal profession working in other practices around Yorkshire including a well respected medium tier practice where he was an associate partner. He now oversees Arc Property Solicitors as a whole which includes ensuring everyone is moving in the same direction.
Richard is a keen property enthusiast and always seeking out opportunities to enhance the profile of the practice. This includes writing regular features for publications such as First Time Buyer Magazine and providing property related articles including commentary on topical issues in the Arc Property Solicitors Blog.
Raj Ali - Legal Director
Raj began his career as a Legal Manager at a large telecoms company working on a major project involving 6000 properties which saw the launch of the third generation of mobile phones. He was a member of the Executive Committee advising on all legal aspects of the project.
Martin Williamson - Operations Director
Having graduated from Salford University, Martin attended The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, in Jan 2000 and commissioned into the Army as an HR Officer. He spent ten and half years responsible for the management of the day to day administration for between 700-1500 soldiers in the UK, overseas and on combat Operations.
On leaving the Army Martin joined Arc Property Solicitors, in September 2010, as Operations Director responsible for HR, Financial management and Operations.
Matthew Dickenson- Associate Legal Director
Having completed his LLB (Hons) degree and Legal Practice course Matthew started his legal career at Cunningtons as a paralegal prior to moving to Arc in September 2007. After 18 months with the firm Matthew was offered a training contract and qualified as a solicitor in April 2010.
In September 2010 Matthew was promoted to Legal Manager within the firm, where he was responsible for overseeing a team of 7 conveyancing staff. In January 2011 Matthew was promoted to Associate Legal Director and is now responsible for Managing the day-to-day running of the Legal Department.
