Amanda Fish - Conveyancer
Amanda started her legal career in conveyancing at Optima Legal Services and having spent 7 years there, joined Arc Property Solicitors in March 2010 as a conveyancer. Amanda has since been promoted to the position of Training Manager whilst still keeping her hand in conveyancing. She is committed to delivering excellent service levels and ensuring that the team all deliver consistently.
Andrea Honeybone - Conveyancer
Andrea is a qualified Legal Executive with over 20 years of conveyancing experience. Andrea quickly progressed into management and has experience of not only managing her own caseloads but also heading up legal teams. Andrea has been responsible for the day to day running of the conveyancing departments at Minster Law and Express Law. Andrea also brings with her a wealth of qualifications. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, holds Executive Diplomas in Management and Strategic Management, and a Management Studies MBA.
Anthony O'Neill - Conveyancer
Anthony qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1987 and has many years of conveyancing experience. Anthony started out managing his own conveyancing practice, before becoming Branch Manager for Maureen Patterson & Co. Anthony has also previously worked as a team leader for Brearleys. During his time as a conveyancer, Anthony has managed hundreds of complex matters successfully and has experience in dealing with all types of properties.
Charlotte Fox - Conveyancer
Charlotte started her career at Arc in 2006 and is one of the longest standing employees in the firm. She is committed to giving a first class service and has in her time dealt with all aspects of conveyancing. Outside of work Charlotte enjoys an active lifestyle of swimming and water polo, and even played for North Yorkshire!
Giovanna Gravante - Conveyancer
Giovanna graduated from university with a 2.1 Law Degree in the summer of 2008, she then attended the College of Law in York and the following year graduated with a commendation from the Legal Practice Course. Upon graduating from York, Giovanna began her life at Arc as a trainee solicitor and has applied herself in order to quickly work her way up the ranks and manages her own conveyancing caseload.
Melanie French - Conveyancer
Melanie graduated in 2007 before studying for her LPC in 2008/2009 - for which she received a commendation. Upon completion of her studies, Melanie took up a post as a Legal Advisor with the Citizens Advice Bureau, before joining Russell, Jones & Walker, again as a Legal Advisor. Melanie joined Arc Property Solicitors as a conveyancer in 2010 and is currently in training to become a fully qualified solicitor whilst managing her own conveyancing caseload.
Rahul Roy - Conveyancer
Rahul is a fully qualified solicitor with over 15 years of legal experience behind him; 9 years in residential conveyancing and 6 years in civil litigation. Prior to joining Arc, Rahul practiced as a lawyer in India, where he is registered to practice independently as an advocate. Rahul has practiced conveyancing at Forbes & Co, 1 Law, Barnetts and Poole Alcock - where he was a team leader. Rahul joined Arc Property Solicitors in 2010 as a locum solicitor before joining as a permanent member of the team.
Louise Wain - Accounts Manager
Louise started her career in law as a Junior Legal Cashier at Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors. Following her initial year she moved to Langleys Solicitors. Over the proceeding 9 years Louise progressed from the most junior member of the accounts team to the Senior Legal Cashier managing a team of 3. In 2008 Louise set up a new accounts department within Ward Hadaway. Having successfully managed the department for 2 years Louise joined Arc in order to head up the accounts team in September 2010.
