This is an office-based role and it is essential that the candidate has a good level of English and Maths, is IT literate, has some office experience and a good telephone manner. It is preferable that they also have knowledge of the conveyancing process although full training will be provided. The candidate must be personable, proactive and able to work on their own initiative and also be a team player.
The candidate will have some experience of running a conveyancing caseload and will have experience of title checking. They will need to be familiar with freehold transactions although experience in leasehold and other areas will be useful. The candidate must be IT literate and have a good telephone manner. The candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and also be a team player.
The candidate will have some experience of working in an office environment in a telesales role. They will deal with potential clients and will be handling quote requests and providing general initial advice. Some knowledge of conveyancing procedures would be an advantage although appropriate training will be provided. The candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and also be a team player. Some evening and weekend work may be available. Salary is basic of £12000 PA with an uncapped bonus scheme. Average earnings of sales individuals in the region of £24-28K.
